Microsoft Store Not Working? Reset and Repair
Restore Microsoft Store by clearing cache and repairing Store app components in Windows.
When Microsoft Store does not download or open:
- Press Win + R and run
wsreset.exe. - Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Microsoft Store.
- Use Repair, then Reset.
- Sign out and sign in to Store again.
- Check date/time and region settings.
Install pending Windows updates and test Store downloads again.
