If your computer feels slow and fan noise is high, CPU usage may be stuck near 100%.

1. Open Task Manager and sort by CPU.
2. Close unnecessary high-usage apps.
3. Disable non-essential startup apps.
4. Update Windows and device drivers.
5. Run a malware scan.

If one process always spikes CPU, reinstall or replace that app.
