RAM Usage Too High on Windows
Reduce memory pressure by controlling background apps, browser tabs, and virtual memory.
High RAM usage causes freezing, lag, and browser crashes.
- Open Task Manager and sort by Memory.
- Close apps with unusual memory usage.
- Reduce browser tabs/extensions.
- Restart the PC to clear leaked memory.
- Increase virtual memory (page file) if needed.
If memory remains full during normal use, consider upgrading RAM capacity.
