RAM Usage Too High on Windows

Reduce memory pressure by controlling background apps, browser tabs, and virtual memory.

High RAM usage causes freezing, lag, and browser crashes.

  1. Open Task Manager and sort by Memory.
  2. Close apps with unusual memory usage.
  3. Reduce browser tabs/extensions.
  4. Restart the PC to clear leaked memory.
  5. Increase virtual memory (page file) if needed.

If memory remains full during normal use, consider upgrading RAM capacity.
